"MANILA, Philippines (PNA) -- After the special en banc session on Thursday morning of the Supreme Court (SC), the justices approved to increase the passing rate in the 2010 Bar Examinations from 11 percent to 20.26 percent.
It was gathered that 984 examinees passed the Bar exams held during the four Sundays of September last year.
From a total of 5,038 applicants to the 2010 Bar exams, seven were denied and 19 withdrew, while 4,847 examinees completed the four Sundays of the examinations."

Cesario Antonio S. Singzon Jr. of the Ateneo de Manila University (AdMU) topped the examinations with a rating of 89 per cent.
